Please help! Taking stills from video!

Ok i have some video saved on photobucket. The first frame of one would make a great photo but i have no idea how to make it into a still photo! Can anyone help?

Preferably asap :o

i **think** you press the print screen button - then copy and paste image into paint

Hmm, is this from photobucket? Turns out the video i have is onyl on the computer. Buti can put it onto photobucket if its easier.

I've always done that through Movie Maker.

You can also use the little fast forward buttons to inch it along to the right spot, 'tis very useful :)

Sorry to be dense but how do yo then get a picture!

Follow the instructions on the picture ;) Can you see the little camera button at the bottom of the video playback bit? Click it and it will come up with a box saying 'save picture as' and then you can name it and save it where ever :)

Oooooooh i got it! Thanks very much. To enlighten you its for my OHs birthday! I am getting pictures put onto canvas. I just hope they are good enough quality. There are now loads to choose from lol!
