I Found A Share!!! Yippeeeeee!

So excited! Sooooo excited!! Skipedydoooodah! I found a share, quite by chance! Beautiful chestnut TB 16hh with a lovely owner who's happy to share her knowledge and expertise with me. Met them both yesterday, will watch him being ridden this evening before I clamber on! yippeeee! Fingers crossed :D

Thanks Pedilia! I certainly will take some pics! I went and bought myself a body protector yesterday. Just a precaution, as he's an ex-racehorse!! I'm assured that he's a gentleman tho, but I'm looking forward to riding a horse who will challenge me a bit (so long as he doesn't have an ejector saddle!!!) Will keep you posted:D

Cooll!!! I have just started sharing a bright bay ex racer and he's great. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun, but I also wear my body protector too even though I hate it, better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and can't wait to see the pics!

I went along this evening to see the beautiful boy...stable duties today, and more stuff to learn - but that was great fun too. Beats going to the gym, that's for sure! His owner is really lovely and a mine of information! I think she's going to be a very valuable mentor for me. Will have time to ride the lovely Ginger tomorrow I hope. Will def take some pics tomorrow and post them.

One problem...I went up there at about 6, meant to be home for 8pm...got home at 9.30!! Oops! Didn't see much of the kids! Feel a bit bad about that, but I'll get myself into a routine I guess...soon!
