Flocking or CAIR?

Not going for the treeless now just cannot get one in budget to fit so looking at the wintec 500 dressage saddle

now being old school and not having bought a saddle for a long time, whats the difference between CAIR and flocking?

flocking is your traditional wool or synthetic flocking that is in most saddles. with a CAIR saddle the flocking in the panel is replaced with 4 sealed air bags, it allows the saddle to sit closer to the horse and it is also fluid against the muscles.
