im looking to buy some cheap tack for a shetland my daughter will be riding for a while, is there any good sites to pick something up/

Cheap tack is never a good investment.

But you can get all kinds of rubbishy stuff from e-bay, but it will not last or be safe. You need good strong stuff when working with Shetlands.

:)By cheap I assume you mean maybe 2nd hand or on sale not necessarily rubbish

Synthetic might be a good route, better than cheap leather.

Yep! please get a good quality leather.We picked up a showing inhand mini
inhand bridle for our little boy.for Royal Highland show which lasted a whole 15 mins of strain untill it snapped wee lad loose in showing ring not good.
Sure you can pick up good shires bridles etc. now cheap good luck

Don't know if it helps anyone but i have a minture to shetland sized havana filly slip (in hand bridle that doesn't take a bit) for sale if anyone is interested. Clencher browband, think its English leather, havana. not looking for huge amount (tenner + p&p) PM for details
