I thought it ws really good too.
Went last november, rode a coloured mare, lucy ( i think) and I dont usually like coloureds ( hides behind sofa for fear of being beaten by coloured pony fans!:D ) and was taken on the fast hack by a woman on an ace ardenne called Trevor.
Pace was fantastic, we hant got any riding like that up here, so was nice just to be able to have a blast on sensible but responsive horse.
Couldn't have afforded 3 rides tho, bit on the steep side £ wise.

Just what I am looking for!!!!
We are going to center parcs tomorrow, elevedon and I still haven't booked a ride. They still have spaces online but I thought I wouldnt bother but now I think I will regret it. Not sure if I want to do the intermediate one or the advanced one. What would you suggest? I can walk trot canter etc but how much cantering was there?

Yep, lots of long canters, made me realise how unfit, me and my horse at home were, compared to this lot!
The canters were all on flat or uphill, and horses are used to it, so no racing or overtaking, think you'll be fine.

Sounds good actually. Maybe I will go riding when I go again next year. (I couldn't resist the 25% return booking discount:rolleyes:)
