Newbie - 1st Lesson Yesterday!

Hello! I am a complete newbie from South Wales (UK). I had my first lesson for one hour yesterday and it was fantastic! I have never ridden before (I am 32 years old) and therefore this was all very new to me but I had a lovely time and I learnt to start and stop and walk and trot!

I am quite stiff this morning and a little sore from the trotting :eek: but I guess I will get used to this!

My horse was stunning! And I cannot wait to go back for my 2nd lesson next week!

Are there any other of us on here from South Wales (UK)?
