Is there anyone out there that would know what the little white spots are around the mouth. My horse Sid has these and although I've been told they are nothing to worry about, I would like to know if anyone knows more

My mare got this 3 years ago, and only for one or two months, they slowly went. It was at a new yard, and there was a lot of different vegetation in the field. It didnt bother her so we just left it, would have got vet if they were itchy or swollen, they seemed to appear around the same time of the bot eggs, so it could have been the spray we were using and then she rubbed her face on it. Nor sure what the cause was really.
