Or at least I think it has or I have got a really greedy pony.
I am trying to save one half so that when it grows I can rotate her around.
Shes at a nice weight but could do with some more weight on before winter.

I am thinking about moving her into my friends field (same place) for a week or two and let mine rest for a bit.

She is getting topline and conditioning cubes (I have only just started her on them) and alfa A but in winter I will be switching to the oil version.
She also gets garlic, seaweed, barefoot biotin, codlivine, and herbal movement (only temporary) and glucosamine sulphate ...
I didn't actually realise she was on so much supplements.

Is there anything I should or could feed her to get her a bit fatter, or do you think we will have a good grass spurt before winter?

Thanks very much

If your grass is anything like mine over the past 3 summers, it stops growing as fast in the summer months and then will shoot up again over autumn.

I don't think it actually stopped growing because they found eough to keep them going but it didn't get any longer (indicating a growth excess to requirements) nor did it get too short.

I wouldn't be too tempted to feed anymore unless excess condition is lost. I would rather wait and see and feed extra when required.

You say you have only just started feeding the extra so that may well be enough.

Hopefully, I have only been there four months so hopefully in Autumn it will grow :D

Yeah before she was just on pony nuts and I wanted her on an conditioning mix so not a massive change and no change in her behaviour but she needs more protein for muscle.

Thanks for your reply, I just want the grass to grow in her field a bit more
I even herded up about 20 sheep today as they snuck in so I herded them up and put them back into the next door field, and tied it up so they cant get through so easy but I later saw them trying to get back in lol
My grass must taste good

Well if the sheep keep trying to get in there must be something good happening in there :D
