well i had my lesson last night instead of thursday and it was brill.

at first the horse did not want to keep near the boards and the school had a huge soggy puddle so she tended to keep away from that too.

so with alot of coaching from my RI i managed to get her to go through the wet, but she kept cutting in at the corners. eventually we got there.

i trotted and managed to keep her in trot. we went round 3 times and i managed to changethe reign twice aswell.

it was brill.

she kept her head down whilst trotting and it felt brill.

it is such a shame i only have one more lesson till september, the horse go out to pasture for a month.

i am going to have to start taking treats for the horses as i really enjoyed last night and i hope it continues.

Thanks for reading

Tracy

Congrats on your fab lesson.

Some horses, like people, just don't like getting their feet wet. Maybe ride inside and see if that's better? Or dry her feet off afterwards and she won't mind getting them wet as much.
