Some may know, Lou and I hired an arena a few weeks back to practise jumping away from home! and I fell off at their "tray jump". Here's the pic...

So we made one at home! and this was our first attempt...

and again looking a bit better...

Then we made it a bit wider, as she was doing so well...

I was laughing in the last one because I don't think she realised how wide it was until mid jump and I could see her 'ickle foot sticking out really reaching!

Was really pleased with her confidence, not one stop!

Critique is welcome! We are far from perfect and always up for help!!

Thank you for reading!

Looks great!
He gives it a lot of air, but jumping very nicely :).

No tips because I'm happy to clear 2 inches these days :p!

Thanks Soot! She does give them some height! I think it might be because it was a new thing? She defo launched over the first time! Just in case there were monsters hiding in the plastic sheet:o

Igloo -I totally agree, she's a very pretty girl! Not sure if you could eat her up in 1 sitting though, she's got a lot of belly to get through!!!:p

Thank you! Her confidence is great at home! She turns into a different horse at a comp.

Had us eliminated for refusing twice in a 2ft course  but that's another story!!!:p

Cheers. She's a right cutie!

Usually I pull the most random faces over the jumps! So maybe I was smiling/laugh out of craziness!

Here's another go at the wide one! She couldn't resist a good look on the way over! Oh, and I'm back to pulling my faces!...

That is a very professional looking water tray!!

Jez used to have a thing about ditches so I made him jump over his rugs :o It worked!!

Yes. It took several days to build, weeks of prep and a few architects (sp?):D
The flappiness of the north-westily wind, provided a little something extra though!!

Was great fun!

That reminds me so much of Lantern, as soon as something looks remotely scarey he gives them SO much air!

She is absolutely gorgeous.. my only advice really would be give her to me :D
