Hello everyone on this glorious sunny day x

A bit concerned,,,,,

Just watched my horse for an hour in his field and he is bobbing his head up and down continuously with little gaps in between.

He does weave in his stable from time to time but never seen him do this before. He has his fly rug on and has had 3 days out without work this week as I have been busy with work... whats up with him?

Any help would be lovely x

Does he have a fly mask on?! You can buy them to go down over the nose too......my boy has a very sentitive nose espeaially in this weather so keep him covered up as much as i can, also putting a little vaseline just inside his/her nose will stop any nasties gettin up there.....might not work for every horse but works for mine

You will know as soon as you ride him if they have headshaking, they will be realy unbarable to ride as they just shake their head up and down uncontrollably. If they have got headshaking, attach a nose net to the noseband and they will be fine. But it was probley just the flies in the feild so get a flie mask
