This is just a little tip I learned from an instructor this monday whilst trying out a mare for lease(I might lease her). It's about hollowing out our backs. We, the majority, as females, tend to hollow our backs more. Why? Because our pelvis naturally locks 'backwards' as you could say it. So when most females sit, our rear end is kinda pushed towards the cantle of the saddle. It's because when we sit like this, our pelvis locks into place. so what we do to fix this is to just rotate our pelvis forward, and then we'll lock into that position. I didn't know this; I just wanted to share this interesting bit of information with y'all. Put a hand in the hollow of your back and feel the curve, then try fixing it like I said, and try it again. It really works. Bless all instructors.
