Well if anyone saw the before and after pics of Kerry and myself you would have noticed how uncomfortable she was "before".

I think one of the before pics was sitting trot - maybe without stirrups. Strange but I haven't much without stirrups since returning from Devon but for some reason did today.

Her outline, which is now beautiful, didn't change at all after taking away the stirrups and asking for trot. SO I'm really proud of her and just had to let you all know.

Thank you Heather. It hasn't always been easy but neither Kerry nor I need any convincing about what's "natural" and what isn't.

Not at all to blow our trumpet because we are both still learning - and will do so forever hopefully (so we'll go through not so good times and really good times I'm sure) BUT it seems necessary at the moment to ask Sue if she can retrieve the before and after pics - and post them again with the caveat that the after pics are some time ago now!!
