Hey folks not been on in a while due to being V V busy at work and getting things sorted with Kia.
Well after his little tying up incident he then had another small colic, wasnt too bad the vet just gave him an jab and he was fine. Was told not to ride him for another 10 days so he got left to his own devices in the field which he loved.
After this got sorted then we started schooling again this time in prep for some jumpies. Well he has been doing very well and the refusals have practically stopped so very very chuffed with him :D
The rushing is being addressed as well and we can now trot nicely into a fence without sticking the head in the air and bombing into it so again extraodinarly pleased :D
he has put on the beef tho which is being adressed but nearly 3 weeks of being left in the field will do that lol but hes looking not too bad!!

I have also done myself an injury and torn the tendons around the base of my spine so i am not really riding, went out a hack with a friend but I paid for it the next day so no more riding:(. So Kia has been having lunging and longlining sessions and is doing really well.
Going on hols for two weeks to Tunisia on the 17th as well so things are definately looking up!!! If anyone has been to Tunisia please feel free to PM me with the things to do and visit!!!
