Hi, I have been riding for about 10 months now but am getting frustrated by my current teacher.
I have started looking at other schools but I am struggling to decide which one to go for.
Can anyone recommend a riding school in North Staffordshire and why they are good?
Thanks:)

hi!
i've tried courses for horses (brownedge) and whitmore riding school (newcastle under lyme).
i found whitmore far better - the staff are nicer and somewhat more laid back than courses for horses, where i didn't feel comfortable as an adult beginner.
ive also heard things about poplars riding school in meir and another on the way to leek (name of which fails me), not all of which were positive.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I tried Poplars and learnt more in one half hour than I have in the last month, so I think I will be giving them a try.

I have heard good things about Whitmore's hacks.
Is South Cheshire too far for you to travel?

Poplars is great, been there a few times. There's also another one nearby - Bolton Gate? I've never been there but my friend absolutely swore it was the best yard she'd ever been to.
