omg one of the horses at the farm today was stung by a bee, his face was all swollen and had lumps all over his body, his nose was closing up and eyes were puffy,
i got the vet straight away and he was giving a steriod injection and the his face slowly went back to normal.
the vet said that nearly every horse has a reaction to a bee sting and even though this horses was bad it was not the worst that could happen.
when i get pics i will show you all itsss sssssssssssoooooooooooooooooo scary but luckily he is okay.

Poor baby, mine was stung on the end of his nose / top lip last year. It looked like a kind of burn, sadly he has had an aversion to flying beasties ever since!

Yeh i can imagine!! bless!! wasps don't pump as much venom as a bee thankfully, so heres hoping his body might cope ok with a wasp sting IF it happened again!
My 2yr old daughter and my cousin were both stung by a damn wasp yesterday grr:mad:
