I was priviledged today to watch Ros riding Merlin at Heather's. All I can say without resorting to cliches is that it was a revelation. Relaxed, coordinated, trust between horse and rider. Why can't all horsemanship be like that!!!???

Mossy, you are absolutely right. Ros rides truly beautifully. She just gets better and better, although she still doesn't believe me when I tell her - she had better start believeing, as she is going to be one of my demo models in my next video with Mr Merlin!!

Merlin is such a sensitive chap and is very much a one person horse. He goes better now for Ros by far than he does for me, as they have built up such a partnership. I can understand her wanting me to feel Merlin after his chiropractic treatment, and yes, he feels much more flexible, but in future, she is going to do the whole lesson and not engineer getting me on board!!
