I have a small cross country competition in just less than two weeks (27th August) and have just found out that I need a medical armband and a number holder. I have no idea where to buy either of these things, or any idea how much they cost. Please can somebody adivise me? I'm pretty much skint at the moment, so the cheaper the better :o
Thankyou in advance :)

£5 for the armband, £10 for the bib.

Thanks for all suggestions :) Have ordered both off the PC site since that worked out the cheapest! Only £13.50 for the bib and armband together, and P&P is free :)
Many thanks again!

My tack shop had both items in stock, arm band was £4.99, number bib was not much more than a tenner. Might get a bargain on ebay?

can you use your own bib at unaff comps? I know there have been a few times that its either made me late having to trudge over the otherside of a course to get my bib or I forget to hand it back in at the end.
