Mites

Has anyone had any experience of using Merial's "Frontline" to treat mites in the horse? If so, grateful for views on the success of the treatment and also any information about the period of treatment with the product.

I have used Ridect twice for my cob. It costs £4.58 from my vet to treat a 450kg horse. You just pour it down the spine, like you do with Frontline for dogs. It is a slightly different drug though, i don't think forntline works on horses. It lasts for 4 weeks and really seems to work, at least it does on Tango.
