having sold my last horse trailer a few years ago (it was not being used much and I got fed up with people wanting to borrow it) but am now purchasing a pony so in the short term need to hire or borrow a trailer to move the pony the 50 odd miles from it's present owner.
Can anyone recommend anywhere around the Bury St Edmunds / Diss area that does short term horse trailer hire please?

i think there is a lorry/trailer hire place in manningtree. I would have a look on the AD trader website - or horse dates.....

Ah yes, that would be http://www.essexequineselfdrive.co.uk/. I was keeping that option in reserve in the hope that there might be somewhere a bit closer ...Manningtree is a fair old trek from here (near Bury St Edmunds).
