What do they look for in horses? Qualities, abilities, etc.

Things are getting pretty hard around home, and i'm starting to think I should look for places to put Wilson .. :o :o :o :o :(

I was hoping to lease him out, until I got a job. I looked at those places, but I still don't know .
I was actually interested in HALTR. But they probably have plenty.
