The dogs on pound dog rescue link are all in dog pounds in the UK on put to sleep lists :( Most of them need a rescue space offered by a rescue centre, but if there are people out there who can foster one or would like to offer a permanent home, then once the dog has been assessed, it is then ready to be rehomed or fostered. Thank you x

A quote from that site;-
RESCUES - All rescues who kindly offer their help must have a no destruction policy, homecheck all prospective owners and ensure that the dog is returned to your rescue should the owner no longer be able to keep the dog.
I am involved in two breed rescues but we could not afford to have a total no destruction policy. If a dog has such severe behavioural problems or history of unprompted aggression to people that anyone is at risk, under current laws, the placing rescue could be liable for damages.
What about euthanasia for medical problems?
References, homechecks and insisting on return are all part of our code of course.

Hi
It doesn't say 'total no destruction policy'

No it says a "no destruction policy" which doesn't allow euthanasia for safety or welfare reasons.
