Help at the Sitting trot!!!

Hi I'm Havin a westurn pleasure compition on sunday! I was wondering if there was helpful hints on how to stay in your seat at a trot, and not look all bounchy, My trainer says i have a really good straight back.. But i don't know what horse i'm gonna get cuz it's a random draw to see our ability on any horse. Just incase one is bumpy and i;m ready.. thanks i really apprecaite that.
