waitaminute. are you saying you want to ride a horse in Central Park? yikes! and i always thought a menage was just a schooling arena - are you looking for a riding school, or something? i'm a bit confused.... :o

Hi, I am travelling to New York city tomorrow (thurs. 13th Jan.), and was wondering if there is a manege, for instance in Central Park? Maybe I cannot read the messages anymore before leaving, then send them on to annabelle_p@hotmail.com!
It is only for a week, but still it would be nice to go there.
Best,
Annabelle

Hi Annabelle,
I will send this to your email as well.
Yes of course you can ride in the City. Call the Claremont riding school. They are on the West side. I am sure they will put you through the paces before releasing a horse however. Also, there is a riding school at Chelsea Piers. If you'd like to ride in the comfort of a ring and do some jumping perhaps, Chelsea is probably a better idea. Their rings are much larger. Good luck.
