Does anybody know of a cd or tape that would be good music for my horse to move to? I thought it would be nice for a change and help my horse with consistency? Any ideas ?
I do know that they play instrumental music at the shows...I guess I could call them if none of you know :)

We in Spain, play Spanish music (not Flamenco) the kind that the use for the bull fighting, it is very nice and they also use it for the Spanish Riding School.
It is actually nicer than classical music, if You want me I can find out some titles for you.
Let me know.

Hi Michal - if you and your horse are feeling bright and perky, how about something folky or bluegrass? Like the wonderful Quebequois group La Bottine Souriante (for a really active trot) or Alison Krauss if you want to mellow out...

if the USDF board weren't suffering from a Y2K bug because they refuse to upgrade their software, i would refer you to one of the MANY threads about freestyle dressage music. i've seen more suggestions than i could count, some of them quite specific in terms of pace, gait, mood, etc. there are quite a few upper level riders on that board who do freestyle, so the question seems to come up ALL the time.
i'll try to dig through some of the older threads from the board (if i can find them), and post them here if i come up with anything.
