another name help thread!

i need help with my latest task of foalie naming.
my friend down in wales has several foals this year between her and her father in law and i am 90% buying this one at weaning since we've sold draco and are letting beau go as well, and so have the task of naming the little guy!

his dam is a 16.1 irish draft, his father a coloured sportshorse, he is bay at the minute but im told he's starting to grey out already (not sure on colours but we think he'l be grey. his mother is called branwen and his father gethin ddu, welsh names but no welsh breeding in him.....so not really wanting to have it welsh.

the two things i love most (after horses) are the foo fighters and kevin smith films, and so my first thought was Hawkins.
other suggestions on those themes have been

ok, little update, he is now officially being passported as 'Learn To Fly', i've also just transferred a deposit to my friend so there's going to be a bgi surprise for stuey come christmastime!
now i just need a name for my friend to be able to use, he cant go nameless until he's handed over to stewart.....still swaying towards hawkins, but then i've got my foo fighters fix in his posh name....so maybe something more for stu, but he's really into (other than his horses of course!) motorbikes and that inspires me with nothing at all!! any help??

he doesnt like ducati's apparently! i'm not up on my bikes, but i know he has a suzuki sv650 and wants a ninja...not keen on naming a horse ninja though!! if only he shared my love of the foo fighters we could call him dave and be done with it! :D

well, he loves his bikes, and 'comic book' style films, like the fantastic four etc......his family have always kept dogs and given them gaelic names so he might like that sort of thing.
i dont think even if he was chestnut stu would appreciate him being called 'Ginger Ninja', for he himself is a ginger ninja (sorry, he's honey blonde!!) :D

Valentino Rossi is a very good racer... learned after years of forced watching of bike racing by my dad :rolleyes:

But im sure he knows by now who the whitakers are so works both ways :p
