Boots dropping at the ankle

Bit random, but on topic ;). Anyone know how I can stop my stunning new leather boots fom dropping at the ankle?

They fit PERFECTLY now, but in afew months they'll have dropped, developed creases and then be too short in calf length.
I've got really long calves and find it hard enough to find boots of suitable calf height. So it's all the more annoying when they drop!

Any ideas much appreciated!

You can't.... but you can have boot tops put on by a saddler to lengthen the leg.
