Little King update *PICCIES*!

hey everyone,

thought i would say hello from me and king =] he has been going fantastically well in all aspects recently. because of summer holidays i have been riding more and he is thriving on it. his schooling is coming on brilliantly despite ongoing maintenance (the school not him) and we have been hacking a huge amount - we had our first canter in a field today!!! =D=D very big thing for me!!! had a few on tracks but this is our first in a field, one buck after 2 years of no canters! very very pleased =]

^trying to teach turn on the forehand from the left leg which he doesnt move away from, very hard work...

very pleased with him, he has changed a lot and has started to grow up. my confidence is through the roof at the mo! so chuffed! =D=D

King thanks you! :D he is a very vain pony. No he isn't bothered, he was cantering between them at the weekend! Even 8 or so months ago, he wouldn't have gone near them never mind done a decent lngth schooling session around them whilst other horses were in the fields around!

i know im rather chuffed, not so sure about him! =P he doesnt really know whats hit him i think, i can now get there whenever i want and will eb able to go most days during/after college so lots more work and lots more progress i hope =D
