We,ve had him for 9 years. he was a bit of an impulse buy. Ive always loved horses and rode extensively all through my childhood. Unfortunately my parents couldnt afford to keep a horse so I just helped look after everyone elses.
My daughter who was 14 at the time came home and told us a tale of woe about this poor little foal who wasnt being looked after properly. We went to see him, just to look mind:rolleyes:, and the chap who owned him offered him to us for £100. After seeing the state he was in and where he was being kept I paid up, moved him to a better yard and the rest is history.
We now have three but my daughter would never sell him. Hes her baby and they have effectively grown up together. When we first got him he was a bit of a wild boy as he hadnt been handled at all but with a lot of patience hes turned into a real smasher. I,m really proud of my daughter too for sticking with it, she broke him in herself and has worked really hard to make him the lovely little ponio he is today.

I would imagine Jack will probably go lighter ginageorge. I,ve got some of Rem when he was about 5 and hes still pretty dark on them pictures. You know its strange as I cant say I actually noticed him getting lighter over the years and its only now I,ve compared the photos that I realise how much he has changed.
