Not the best worded advert and have to agree that she looks older than 10 and also, not a sec b.
Given the above - 800 is too much IMO

Dreadful photo, isn't Welsh, is almost certainly not 10, probably would never pass a vetting....and is being sold by someone with a VERY peculiar and frankly distasteful username. Bargepole territory, I'm afraid.
Never been welsh, hasn't come through summer well if its a recent picture, and doesn't look 10
As above, not worth £800
Just noticed the username, delightful

I think it actually looks younger than 10 - got a look of ignored youngster about it :o
Good luck to them if they get that price

All the text could well be true and the picture is just at a bad angle and in a bad light, maybe she is just a child's pony and doesn't enjoy serious jumping or schooling. No she doesn't look welsh but she could be coming from a home that doesn't know about breeds and they could have been told she was a Sec B and believed it. I don't see why £800 would be too far wrong for what could be a safe, reliable, genuine pony for kids to learn about horse ownership with.

Classical gypsy pony ...
Probably driven into the ground, probably aged between 4 and 15 - who the heck knows!
Cute though - could do with rescuing!
Probably quiet & safe as houses ... they often are.
