Subject to vetting taking place on Monday, this lovely lady will be mine :D

She is an 8 y/o 17hh KWPN, medium level dressage and sj to 1m at the mo.

She did have a 5 star vetting a month ago that she passed so she should pass mine on Monday, just wanted her rechecked as apparently she has had a virus in last couple of weeks.

What do you think :)

eta she is by Lancelot, grandsire Volitaire

Thank you everyone :) She is a lovely ride too, very balanced, responsive and goes into a fence without batting an eyelid, totally calm and relaxed about the whole thing, unlike my raging bull Sylvester when you point him at a fence

I can't quite work out whether she is a liver chestnut or a chocolate brown colour, her mane n tail are that of a liver chestnut, she is a very unusual colour, love her :)

Yes, I liked it there too, the young irish fella was pretty cute as well :D I chose 5 to watch being ridden then tried her and the 7 y/o grey, Casper, he was lovely, had a fab jump and lovely paces but was a little bit spooky and argumentative with his head. Nothing bad, don't get me wrong but that couple with the fact that he was only 16.1 when I am used to a 17hh made me choose the mare, she was gorgeous to ride :) Thanks for the tip

Its okay, Im glad I help its hard to be disapointed at Rumer. As long as you know its the right one and you always keep in your minds eye what you want you wont go far wrong there.

All we need now is to get beetinghoves up there and then we will all have triplets.

What do you want to do on her anyway?

Your right I had set in my mind what I wanted, 16-17hh 7-10 years old, good all rounder, safe and sane and something that I didn't think oooooh not sure when I got on it.

She fits the bill perfectly, didn't worry when I rode either of them which is saying something as my trust in horses is still pretty low from my broken shoulder in March.

Just want to do a bit of everything really, nice to have a horse that can jump but will also do a dressage test, would never get my lovely Syl in a snaffle let alone do a test. Might see if she is up to a bit of team chasing too :D

Well pleased, come on Beating hooves

Rumer stud, thats Carron Nicholls isn't it? (sp??) If so its where Trudy got her youngster from, she swapped the first one as had a dodgy bone growth but the one she has now is STUNNING! And such a little poppet!

Oh well I might have to come up and visit her.....:p Is Sylvester broken then? thats not good! She will be easier to keep clean than he is!

Yes, thats the one, they do have a 2 month exchange warranty so that is really comforting to know.

Yes definitely easier than Syl to keep clean, especially as he targets muddy patches. He has been diagnosed with arthritic hocks so needs to take it a bit easier and I really want to get out competing, so Syl will become my happy (albeilt slightly bouncy) hacker and this one hopefully will do the business for me.

You are more than welcome to come over any time :)

Lol, you could try but I don't think she would fit in  My lorry at the mo is having telescopic partitions put in cos I am having to travel Syl with one of the partitions out, wouldn't dare do a hour n half journey without the partitions in so gonna see if my y/o can pick her up for me so she is all tucked in nicely.

Thank you to everyone for your nice comments, I'm getting excited now, hope the vetting goes ok
