I'm getting a sharer who is about 14, I've got a contract written up but I'm not sure who should sign it - the girl, the legal guardian, or both?

Parent or legal guardian, maybe sharer as well but in a court of law I doubt her siggie would count for much.

Parent/guardian.
My sharer is 14 and her dad has signed the Agreement on her behalf.

So where the signature is, shall I have the guardian's name and put "on behalf of ........" and then not bother getting the girl's signature?

Ok, I might both then, just to make sure.
Thank you so much for the replies!

I would put down both names. Apart from anything else it is nice for the 14 year old to be treated like an adult.
