Reg Names For Chaps(Any Ideas Please)

:)Hi Guys iam thinking of registering my two Coloureds with Chaps and i need some suggestions on reg names for them i like American Native Indian names any ideas please.:)

surprised you havent had more suggestions- these threads are usually massive!

i cant help- we have a horse called blackie and thats the limit of our imagination lol

other than that they tend to be mr and mrs- eg mr and mrs duck, mr and mrs turkey etc

I have heard Miakoda before, which apparently means power of the moon I *think*
Apart from that, all I can think of is Dakota, Cheyenne and Apache (which have all been done about a million times before :o)

Can I ask why you are thinking of CHAPS? The only reason you need to be with CHAPS is for higher level shows-are you gonna do them? I was put off because all they do is overwrite your current passport for a fee, which I felt was a bit pants, frankly.

How about Cherokee or another tribe name? Given that they look like proper Cowboys and Indians horses, I think you're inspired to do Indian names! Check out some old John Wayne films or Native American websites for ideas.

Meant to say: make it unusual cos you normally have to give several versions of the name incase it's already been used. Dunno if you can re-name with CHAPS, tho,as they only overwrite and don't issue a new passport.
