He's a cutie, isnt he? You need to sit up a bit straighter and keep a bit more bend in your elbows, but apart from that you look pretty good. You also need to SMILE!!!! Seriously, its not just cheesy, if you smile, even if you don't feel like smiling, it helps you to relax, which then helps your horse relax.

You two look great :)! Echo the others about sitting up a bit and the hands, but you look really good together :).
thanks :)

When I concentrate I have the face of a seething axe murderer :o. Apparently I look like I'm about to leap off my horse and attack someone :p! When I'm just pootling I grin my head off but ask me to do anything vaguely technical and I start scowling :o. I think when you remind yourself to smile though it definitely helps you relax all over :).

lol I do it at school aswell, many teachers and friends (and random year 7's who said it yesterday lol) have told me to cheer up lol, mainly they say 'cheer up it may never happen' and I just say 'It already has' lol :p sorry that was abit random

Mnm you look fantastic! I havent seen pictures of you riding in ages, and compared to the last i saw of you have have improved drastically! Welldone you.
Only thing i can really crit on (my worst fault aswell btw:rolleyes: took me 7 years to improve on:o) is that you could do with abit more bend through your elbow, and keep yout thumbs on top. But pone looks very happy with you :D x

You've already pointed out your main points and tbh i think they're pretty minor :)
A tip i've had to sit straighter and keep elbows by my sides is to imagine you have a bright red bow on the front of your bra and to point it forwards and slightly upwards. If you imagine chest up rather than shoulders back it becomes less forced and tense - try it yourself - it is much harder and takes more effort to pull your shoulders back as it squeezes your shoulder blades together - whereas lifting your chest just requires your core muscles to lift which is what they should be doing to support your body anyway. :)
Hope that helps :D

generally you've got a nice position, echo the others re elbows and hands doing this will open your chest up a bit bit and help you stop any leaning forwards. Lovely horse tho, looks like there are some lovely paces there

Scrumptious pony! I would just like to add...look up! :D Great leg position, stirrup slightly more on ball of the foot and then it's perfect!
If you have your reins a tiny bit longer you can create more bend in your elbow, and that also helps you to carry your hands better :)

Thankyou :D
I am alot looser in my thighs and legs now, I used to have to do stretches and stuff but now I can keep them quite open and keep my legs in the right place 9most of the time lol)
