Blu is partly broken at the moment (he has slipped out in the field or something and pulled his muscle in his hind and very footy atm) so he is having some time off, like a month or something from any ridden work, i will walk him out in-hand etc
i shall bring him back into work around november time, i love this horse so much, i just don't want him to be in pain, but i'm pleased to say he is having physio 2x a week now, my bank is sore from the outtake this month!!! :)
but the good news is we have been slowly bringing patrol back into work, lunging/walking out in hand. but tomorrow i shall be doing the dreaded deed and i am going to get on P for the first time in 6 months!! :D
i love this horse soooo much! and his weight is back to normal, albiet a bit fatter :p
i am hoping he will become a good SJ'er, as he has loose schooled up to 6foot with ease, and jumped 2ft6 under saddle, even though it was before those t*sser's bought him and beat/starved the sh*t out of him :(
i will be aiming for the indoor winter season with him as he has a lovely jump/paces :)
