I came across a fly recipe on is website and it said ....

15ml Citronella
2tbsp metyhs
1tbsp washing up liquid
4tbsp vinegar
1/2 strong tea
fill up with water to 2 liters

I am asking where do you get citronella and what is washing up liquid and where do you get it .

In the UK you get citronella from a chemists shop ? drug store ? Sometimes you can get it where you buy aromatherapy oils.
Washing up liquid is liquid soap used to hand wash dishes.

I use this recipe on my horses. Remember to shake the bottle before you aply it as the citronella concentrate floats on the top & needs to be mixed cos it is too strong for a horse.
