hope i can keep in touch with all of you in some way or another.

It would seem my journey with my new horse Ruby is only just beggining and i wont get to share, am also rather upset about losing my old threads about my acheivments with Jasper and his RIP thread - everyone's words were so lovely and really helped me through his passing :o

The simple fact is I wouldn't have stuck with NR for over 5 years if I didn't enjoy it here and love the people who I've made friends with - I've made a firm friend in Sugarlump (Ash) and regularly talk with some other members on FB and MSN so I'm grateful for the time I had here. Will have some very good - and some very sad memories - of this place :)

Sad to see any of the older (as in, been here a while not old and greying) members leave but as such, it is a personal choice. Not been here that long so not up to speed with you and your horse's progression. I think 1st October will be a bit of a sad day!

Exactly! When I first joined I was a bit of an idiot and had no idea about simple things - look at me now, I'm still a bit of an idiot :p and have no idea about most things - but I have more fun sharing my bad bits with you lot!

Particular memories include JoJoba posting about Hector dying (I cried buckets :(), a discussion about a little red wheelbarrow of Miriams that died just after I joined, offering newbies cheesecake and all the random fights, arguements and poking fun topics there have been.

I remember coming across this site when I was looking for new zealand rugs because I hadn't realised that people didn't use them anymore and used 'turnout' rugs lol. Similarly I couldn't find many jute rugs :p

I have had good times on here and not so good. Met loads of fab people and some who I now regard as good friends.

It is sad for me to go, but like most am hoping to stay in touch with as many of you as possible.

I remember you Laceyfreckle when I first joined and we were both having trouble with project ponies, I am in two minds about staying, as so many others are leaving but I have found this forum a great one for advice and letting others know of what you have achieved now matter how small :D
