Has anyone ordered anything from Joules' website?

I ordered a few polo tops from there on Monday evening (early xmas pressie to myself :D), and wanted them quickly so paid the (rather extortionate..) £9 express delivery charge.

They are meant to take 24hrs with the express delivery, so should've been here yesterday... however it's been almost 4 days now and they still haven't arrived!

Has anyone else had any problems like this?

Special delivery items are treated the same through RM strikes (as in still guaranteed), it's only regular post that gets forgotten about

I'd phone them up and ask them where it is - I would've thought that they have a tracking number if they have sent it out so it is traceable.

Some places have a processing time on the order so even if you order next day delivery, it will still take 5-10 days to process the order and get it ready for dispatch!! Hope your order turns up soon!

They have always been brilliant when I have ordered but i dont bother with express dleivery as the normal one is like £5 anyway!! But post is a nightmare at the moment.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and they gave me gift vouchers to make up for not getting next day delivery.
