:D Im happy now after a few torturous months, my boy seems to be back to normal, the vets lameness work up found nothing, so no bone spavin, arthritis or anything obvious, the chiropractor lady couldn't find any major problems and now his stiffness has gone :D :D

i have even found a new farrier, who listened whne I said my boy was dragging his toes on the road! and his coming out in two weeks time to give him square feet to start with possibly, but I feel so relieved that all is back to normal now and I know that my new farrier is good as he does a few at our yard! even if he doesn;t work on GMT  like a lot of farriers, but hey i don;t mind the wait if the works good

We rode around the pond yesterday and we were both behaving like a couple of kids, running, racing leaping around and full of beans it was sooo cool

Hi There :D

What great news!!
I am so over the moon for both of you! He He :D
All your patient hard work and devotion has finally paid off. Well done!
Glad you have found yourself a new farrier. Good farriers are worth their weight in gold and so hard to find.
Nice to see you back to your old cheery self again
BRILL :D :D

Thanks to you all for your kind comments im over the moom and my boy is definately feeling much better

we went hacking last night with some friends and he was very excited, jumping around like a 4 year old - we had great fun, even rounded some calfs back up into there field on the way :D

Now were riding properly again, im going to get him fitter and get back to my showjumping and try and build my confidence to jump some bigger classes
