In order of importance I would like:

Running water
Lighting
Secure storage - for tack, rugs, feed etc.
Stable available for occasional use if required
Toilet
Manege
Kitchen

lights, water, emergency stabling of sorts and ... a toilet!!! and if there is no school i'd want good hacking :)

i have no facilities AT ALL and i dont mind, id rather be there than anywhere else right now

i would like secure storage for my tack (i keep it a couple of minutes walk away in a lockup in a factory (very kind of them) i call in for the keys in the week and they let me have them at weekends

i have borrowed a stable up hte road when my horse was ill so im not too bothered about having a stable

lighting = lamps, torches so not a problem

trailer storage would be nice

all year turnout with shelter and company
i have this he is allowed out all year on grass and does not have to come in if it is wet, i can book a stable if required. haylage on site.
