What are the sizings of jodpurs?

I'm size 8 and 5ft3, what size jods whould i buy online? as i usually buy them in shop and my other ones are so washed out i cant read the labels.

By which size i mean as in which inch i think it is like 26, 28 etc, as i don't have clue!:o

I'm size 8 and for comfort wear 26 inch - i can fit into 24 inch though as i had to buy 24 inch derby house denim breeches as the 26 inch were too baggy on my thighs and i have quite chunky thighs - lol. Get yourself a tape measure and measure around the smallest part of your waist if you can and go by that. :)

different brands seem to be very different anyway, i have some 26" from robinsons (utter rubbish) and they are really saggy, on the other hand i struggle with a size 8 barbour,

I am on upper bracket of 8 - I do wear 8s and occasionally 10s but never 6s.

I wear a 28w 28l in kids - am about 5"3 also. Kids are cheaper wahooo!!

ive only just discovered this, numpty that i am!
and the lengths are better for me too!
