Well just over a week ago now I moved yards to a much nicer and quieter stables with nice hacking etc ! It is brilliat and I and my pony are loving it. My problem is that I have yet again managed to have an accident on thursday when my silly pony decded to rear a flip. Therefor wont be riding for some time. Pony is going to get fat in field of long grass and since I don't really know anyone yet I don't know who I can ask to ride her :S Might have to ask a friend from my old yard. Anyone got any ideas of things I oculd do for exercise for her without rideing ?

Awww that sounds horrible... is there anything that could have caused it? Any pain issues?
However it could be that she is fresh and still settling in.... do you have a RI who could ride her for you?
Lunging would be a good idea, or freeschooling over poles/jumps, could even put her tack on and side reins when lunging?
Take her for inhand walks?
Hope you feel better soon and get the problem sorted :)

HorseManiac has suggested some very good ideas.
Lunging is a great exercise done in short sessions. Free schooling can be productive as it lets you see your horses natural paces and jump, lets you know what you are working with :)
Inhand walks and long reining while hacking is great for bonding.
There are a few good books out there that give some info.

Lunging or walking in hand would be good.
If she is prone to rearing then I would be cautious about letting others at your new yard who you do not know well ride her as you would not want them to also get injured too and you might not know how well they ride and they would not know your pony.

ditto what others have said about letting someone else ride her until you figure out the cause of the rearing. Could you section off your field to reduce grazing? It'll be winter soon and the grass won't be an issue. Best of luck.
