www.ridemyhorse.co.uk and www.stabletalk.co.uk are both popular and free. Where abouts are you?

You could try adverting in your local paper (e.g Ad Trader), various websites: Horse Hunter. Horse Mart, Preloved etc.
I had great results from Horse Hunter (although I changed my mind about sharing him in the end )
If you have local tack shops an advert there cant go a-miss plus speaking to your local Riding School as they may have a pupil who is looking for a horse to share. Riding Clubs can also help out.

Found my share on Gumtree Edinburgh.
ETA: The owner said she had 7 or 8 responses, mind you some of those were completely unsuitable from the word go...

Just as a word of advice, do you just want someone over winter? Because if so, you might struggle, but please make it really clear from the beginning, or else you're going to end up with a heart broken soul come spring

I found mine on ridemyhorse.co.uk
I echo Vicki&Milo - make it clear it's just for winter though I think you'll find it hard getting someone. Spring/summer is your reward for winter in my eyes!
