Need a bit advice....

Bought my horse 4 months ago, I updated my details in her passport, but now ive started thinking as she is registered at Wetherby's will I need to send the passport to them for a validation of new ownership. I havnt bought a new horse for over 15 years so have no idea what to do with passports.

There is a paragraph on this link hat tells you what to do with horses that have existing Weatherby's passports.

Everso easy - I just sent mine off to Wetherby's with a cheque I think at the time for about £7 and they stamped the passport and sent it back to me.
