Personalised ceramic horses?

This might be a bit of a long shot but does anyone know of a company that does personalised model horses?

I have one of Otto that was hand painted from photos of him to get all of his markings exactly right. It was really nice but a very naughty kitten knocked him off of the shelf and broke off his back legs and tail. :(

Does anyone know of anywhere who does anything like that?

Keeping my fingers crossed that someone will! :D
