With such a nice day yesterday we took our two to the beach, Caffrey has not seen the sea before as far as I know. At first he was a little scared, but that did not last for long.

After a while we could canter along the shoreline and they loved it, but with just myself and my OH we did not get that many pictures. But here are a few.

Is that Hayling Island? I would love to ride there.

Wow, looks like you had lots of fun.

Yes, looks like Hayling beach - guess you parked down by the golf course? When the tide had been right out leaving the Winner sand bank which makes a kind of sandy bay, you can ride to the end of the bank and swim back to the shore. The water is often lovely and warm at this time of year! Can still hear the sound of hooves on wet sand....sigh!
