Healing Vibes needed for Big George

Got a phone call from Marzipan tonight, one of the sanctuary rescues was down in the field and they could not get him up.

I went up to see if I could help but they had managed to get him into a stable, the vet was taking ages to arrive.

I had to leave to do our own horses but have had a phone call, the poor lad has colic.

Marzipan is staying until Midnight as she has to work tomorrow and the stable manager is going to take over then.

So can everyone send the poor old lad some good vibes. Look at the pics when he first arrived he didn't have a good life before they got him. The staff also need some hugs as they haven't got over the sad accident in the field last week yet

Thanks everyone :)

George went through good and bad spells all night, when I left him at midnight he was bad, but he had been so bright only an hour before that (when I took him out to walk him he tried pulling me to the field!) He seems fine at the moment but the vet has just been out and his gut is still displaced and the impaction is still there so he is going to horse hospital at 1pm. :(

I really hope he pulls through.

Well thanks from George, he has survived this far but he had to go to horsepital today.

He's too old for surgery so fingers crossed that other treatment works
