Some of you may remember the story about Jess, a 3 month old cob foal that was stolen from her field over the summer (it was all over the internet in August). Jess was luckily re-united with her family 3 weeks after she went missing, but sadly her mum had rejected her on her return.
I travel past Jess's field every day, so I grinned with delight when I saw her in her paddock the other morning - and her mum was giving her a good groom along her withers. Now, I know that mum probably doesn't realise its her foal, but it was just such an AWWWWWWWW moment, made me feel all warm and fluffly inside:):)
