Or is anyone elses horse being a bit of an idoit at the min?Mine is spooking at everything, even leading her in from the field tonight she was being snorty and jumpy. I have cut her feed down to one scoop of speedi-beet on the morning (more of a token feed because all the others get fed at this time) and ab-lib hay when shes in on a night. She is holding her weight well and is exercised or walked out in hand nearly everyday. Is Speedi-Beet known to send some horses a bit nuts? Or is the time of year???

My friends horses are rather jumpy at the moment!
My cats are a bit up the wall too! Flying about, VERY vocal and scrapping with other cats! Erm, they have been eating a lot of grass also!
I seem to remember this happening last year, it's almost like a second Spring. I've got things flowering in the garden too, things that shouldn't be flowering now.

They were running round like lunatics playing, leaping around and galloping after each other.

Charlie is being a loony at the minute too - I put it down to her having just been clipped so she's taking advantage of not getting so hot and bothered!
