What the earliest you do your Horse in the morning and what sort of time
do you do them in the Afternoon/evening.

Mine vary really depending on what shift I am working.

I always worry if I do them too early on an evening that they are going to run out of Hay.........they are OUT anyway:p

Have been working on OH to start going up to give them some Hay on
an afternoon/evening when I am on late shifts and thankfully HE HAS AGREED;)

Mine are on full livery, but if I decide to muck them out, usually up at about 9am.

I tyr to check them every night at around 7pm.

I used to worry about Tyler not having enough haylage as he is finished 2 haynets at about 9p. However 3 nets are finished at about 10pm.

I draw the line atsome point!!!!

Paul is a morning person, so ours are usually all out by 6 - 6.30am.

I am an evening person, still wide awake at 2am, so the horses get called in at midnight.

I usually finish outside at around 1am. :) It means minimal mucking out too as they are only in for a few hours. They only come in to be fed, checked, etc - and counted! :D

I'm a creature of habit! Down by 8.30am when kids have gone to school (although I must say, when they are off and sats & suns, usually 9ish!) I always get in at 5pm.... I'm sure the ponies have clocks as always waiting, summer or winter!!

EArliest I wake them up with breakfast (they really are a sleepy pair!!!) is 6am. During the winter they are brought in just before it goes dark - job permitting (I can't always get away so they just have to pace up and down!!).
They are a pair of pampered pooches really, Joe knows down to the hour what and what should not be going on............!!!

Mine live out 24/7 and I do them once a day anytime between 6am and 9pm. I need to be a little considerate as they live at a place owned by an elderly couple who forget who's got what car and I don't want to worry them.

I'm up at 6am to do mine. Breakfast and turnout and hay in field. Muck out.

Get showered, get kids ready for school then school run.

At this time of year there is hardly any grass left, so at 12 noon they get some more hay in field, then at 4pm I bring them in, ride, dinner time and bit more hay. Then at 9.30-10pm they get their last lot of hay, skip out and big kisses and cudles then snuggle into bed!!!!

Then it all happens again.

They are at home with me so it's really no hassle at all.

She can be out as early as 530am when I am in work on an early shift at 730am... or bought in at 2230 when I am on a late shift finishing at 2130.

She doesn't like the mornings  hehe. :D

Ah shift work! I'm lucky in that though we are DIY we all tend to help each other out, so if I'm on a late shift I'll be up about 8/9amish or like today, I finished work at 4.30pm and it was already DARK! Takes me an hour to get there and I found a kind fairy had chucked in a net and topped up water .. even though I said I'd be down about 6ish.

I turn mine out at 6:30/7am they have hay out in the paddock, at the mo they are coming in about 6:30/7pm but I think it might have to be earlier soon as they are waiting by the gate.

Ros lives out 24/7 but does have a stable with no door on so he can go in if its cold or wet with haynet full. water and decent rug(it gets very cold here!)
i go up twice a day sometime in morning depending what ive got on and around 3.30-4pm to muck field, top up water and haynet and to feed. lots of cuddles, some lunging if not too windy and change of rug if need be.
he likes it when im not bugging him too much. i used to go up 3times and he started to get humpy! :)

I go up at 5am in the morning and then they are brought in around 6pm in the evening during the week.

Weekends and when i'm off work i turn out at 8am and usually bring them in around 3.30pm - 4pm.

Snap with Innocences, mine are turned out at 5/5.30 am, Frank comes in at 2.30 pm as he needs his afternoon nap without the youngester, all are feed. The boys stay out till about 6.30 when they are brought in ridden and then thrown back out with lots of hay. Frank then gets a treat ball (he can empty it in 15 mins!) Haynet refilled, mucked out, tucked in and told his night time story!:p

Mine are in at night.
I'll feed at about 7am, if I'm not riding they go out straight after breakfast.
I try to bring them in before it gets dark as Hector can't see to well in the dark and is a pain in the back side to lead  They get supper as soon as they come in, a snack of hay when I have my dinner and their main hay at about 10pm when the lights go out.

NOw you're making me feel bad, I haven't started putting hay out yet!!!! They are porky so am leaving it a while. The field they're in atm must have quite a lot of grass left on it - as they're not moaning - ie, standing at the gate whinging to be brought in (yet!)

YO feeds at about 9ish, he is then turned out at about lunchtime when he has finished his hay and i bring him in at about 7.30ish and ride if i have the time, im treating his field as just as exercise turnout as the grass is so bad and he is so skinny!!!
